Chicago, Illinois: CTL Global, a Chicago based logistics and fulfillment company, will be expanding into a 248,000 sq.-ft. warehouse/distribution facility, located at 1000 N. County Line Rd. in Elmhurst, IL 60126-1380. “Our newest facility serves as CTL Global’s ongoing commitment to investing in the growth of our infrastructure to support our clients’ needs. We are excited to launch operations from the facility this summer, as we ramp up towards the 3rd and 4th quarters, when added volume in our client’s supply chain are at a peak”, explained Josh Miller (CTL Global: Executive Vice President & General Manager). CTL currently operates out of three facilities in the Chicagoland area, Northlake, Bensenville and Elk Grove, IL. The new Elmhurst facility will allow CTL to gain operational efficiencies and continue to service their nationwide clients. “As CTL Global’s real estate advisor over the past 15 years, we were tasked with the challenge of finding a facility that could accommodate their growth and allow them to operate in a very cost-effective manner. The County Line facility provides both functionality with its state-of-the-art construction and lower operating costs being located in Dupage County”, says Edward Lowenbaum (Cresa).
